impromptu family photos....

grandpa asked for family pics....so we pulled out the tripod ( since we neglected to get them at our family get together for thanksgiving). i have to say they came out pretty good :)

this was a super fun kit and i have some leftover

oh for the love of halloween!

such a fun day for the kiddos....who am i kidding, the adults too!
i think it was pure torture for the kids know their costumes had
been hanging in the closet for close to a month. they were so excited
when the day finally arrived! I got a call at work around 4ish that the kids
were already getting ready! these are the cuties i came home too ;)

pumpkin patch

is the most fun! one of my very favorite things about
fall. the excitement the kiddos have when i tell them
that we are going the the patch. the glee they have
while searching for that perfect pumpkin that will turn
into our jack-o-lantern. here are a few shots from our
trip this year. we all had a blast.

Work In progress-September

i loved this months kit -- but i had a hard time working with it.
the patterns are fun and vibrant but were hard to layer for me.
I also went back to my roots a bit and did some 8.5x11 Pages.
so here is what i did with my kit.
